I have never had to stop this workout because I couldn't follow along or keep up. The other reviewer stated that it was too hard - I disagree.
The first DVD is an interval workout on the step followed by hand weight intervals as well. The choreography is challenging but fun.
This is an excellent DVD set. This is not a workout for beginners but is definitely a great option for intermediates and advanced exercisers.
The second DVD is a floor routine that's dance in style. It's choreography is also challenging, but not overwhelming.
I am fairly good at learning choreography quickly, but am by no means outstanding. I love Tracy and Michelle and this is one of my favorites they have made.
I have been working out for 20 years, doing cardio, weight lifting, stepping, kickboxing, pretty much everything. I know sometimes it just takes a few tries to get the hang of it, but this one was ridiculous.I liked the weight lifting part of it, at least I felt I got a workout from that. Although I really like Tracy and Michelle's other videos, the pace of this one is just too fast. They are doing so many different things on the stepper, and it's too hard to keep up.I felt I spent most of the time trying to figure out what the heck they were doing. The movements on the stepper are just too complicated and there are too many of them incorporated into the workout. I was very disappointed.
